IFEEC2023
The 2023 IEEE International Future Energy Electronics Conference (IFEEC) is a serial event that addressing researchers and industries from all areas of energy electronics systems technologies. It provides an international forum for the exchange between those fields, to present advances in the state of the art, identify emerging research topics, and together define the future of these exciting research domains.
IFEEC2023 will be held in Sydney, Australia on 20-23 November 2023. Under the technical sponsorship of IEEE, will provide a forum for researchers, engineers and industry experts to exchange and discuss new ideas, recent development, and breakthroughs in technologies. IFEEC2023 will also offer an exciting social program on the beautiful Sydney Harbour.
Accepted full papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

1) Author Registration:
-By the Final Manuscript Upload Deadline each accepted IFEEC2023 paper needs to complete a registration. You should use the Invoice Number found in the PDF invoice e-mailed to you at registration (starts with AES20) as the registration number to complete the final paper upload process in EDAS. If you have lost the e-mail the invoice can also be downloaded from the account you created with Academic Event Services when you registered. After login go to conference->account->orders and select ViewInvoice for your registration order to download the PDF format invoice.
-A full registration covers two (2) accepted papers. A student registration covers one (1) accepted papers.
-The presenter of a paper must be an author of the paper.
2) Registration Fees:
– All registration fees are in Australian Dollars.
– Registration discounts are offered for IEEE members. Please provide your membership number during registration. If you are registering as a student please submit a copy of your current student identification card during the registration process.
– All registrations include:
* Morning tea

* Afternoon tea
* Welcome Reception
– A Full Registration include the Conference Banquet.
* Banquet tickets for guests can be purchased separately.
– A Student Registration does not include the Conference Banquet.
* Banquet tickets (for students and guests) can be purchased separately.
– Additional Banquet and Welcome Reception tickets can be purchased for partners and guests.
– Registration does not include an attendance certificate. Should your funding organisation require an attendance certificate please purchase one at checkout. You will not be able to purchase one on-site.

3) Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations before the Manuscript Submission Deadline will be subject to charge 20% of registration fee
– Cancellations after the Manuscript Submission Deadline until 1 month before the conference will be subject to charge 50% of registration fee
– No refund will be made for cancellations less than 1 month before the conference.
– No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issued.
– No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights.
– No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
– If the physical conference is unable to proceed due to the pandemic the event will proceed on-line. No refunds will be provided.
– We suggest you have travel insurance to cover all eventualities including the change or format or cancellation of the conference.
4) Tax
– The Australian Government deems the conference to be the supply of a service within Australia and we are required to collect Goods and Services Tax (10%) on all purchases related to the conference regardless of where the purchase is made or the nationality or domicile of the purchaser. Sorry.
