The conference has negotiated a special accommodation rate with the Pullman Reef hotel – (the conference venue).

- Check out: Friday, 24th July 2026
To get the rate you need to book your accommodation on this registration site when you register.
You will then be added to the conference rooming list. You will not receive a separate confirmation of the booking from the hotel or a booking service. Do not contact the hotel about your booking as they will not receive the final rooming list until a few days before the conference. If you have questions about your accommodation booking please contact Academic Event Services.
You will be responsible for all additional charges including mini-bar and will be asked for a credit card at check-in to guarantee any extras.
Note the rate includes breakfast for one person. If you require additional breakfasts you can pay at the hotel.
