Description
A Non Member Full Registration covers up to two (2) presented papers should the papers be accepted by the conference.
All registrations include morning and afternoon tea and lunch on each day of the conference and the Welcome Reception.
A full registration also includes the Conference Banquet.
Banquet tickets for guests can be purchased separately.
You should use the Invoice Number found in the PDF invoice e-mailed to you at registration (starts with AES20) as the registration number to complete the final paper upload process in EDAS. If you have lost the e-mail, the invoice can also be downloaded from the account you created with Academic Event Services when you registered. After login go to conference->account->orders and select ViewInvoice for your registration order to download the PDF format invoice.

IEEE Policies
- IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., by not including it in IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and IEEE will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.
