Welcome to the Registration Site

Please select your conference from the 'CONFERENCES' menu above and then select your registration type. Then proceed to the checkout as you would for any on-line store. Remember some conferences have optional extras (banquet tickets, tours, proceedings, etc.) that you can purchase with your registration.

Your receipt will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provide and will NOT be available at the conference.

We do not provide 'Certificates of Attendance' unless the conference organizer requests it. If provided, they are at an additional cost to the registration.

Professors and Admin Assistants you need to create a new user in the registration system for each delegate. We use the registration details to create conference badges. If you register multiple people from the same account then they will not have delegate badges ready at the conference.

Finally we regret that credit card payments are not accepted from some countries due to a high incidence of fraud. Our Credit Card processing gateways also check IP addresses against country of issue of your card and if they don't match (e.g. you are traveling) then the payment may be rejected. If you payment is rejected please contact us and we can arrange for a one-off Telegraphic Transfer payment.
